Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution for the SaaS platform, from initial discovery through final delivery. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality design implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and execution across product areas, from discovery through delivery
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction patterns and system behavior
- Collaborate with product managers, sales, and operations to shape requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize features
Requirements
- 5-8 years of UX or product design experience
- At least 4 years of experience in a SaaS environment
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design
- Strong proficiency in modern design tools (Figma) and prototyping methods
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
