Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative across multiple Pritchard Companies brands
- Execute paid social, paid search, display, and video creative
- Create marketing assets for sales, recruiting, and business unit support
- Design web and landing-page assets focused on clarity and conversion
- Develop social media graphics and repeatable content formats
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of professional graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and digital design work
- Experience designing for performance marketing channels
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once
- Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail
