Senior Product Designer, Core

You will lead end-to-end product design for the core Bubble editor, defining goals and shaping the user experience for complex features. You will partner with engineering and product management to translate ambiguous problems into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design and outcomes for key parts of the Bubble editor and core platform
- Lead design for complex projects within the Core product area
- Partner with PM and engineering as a thought partner, shaping scope and milestones
- Proactively identify UX issues and drive them to resolution
- Produce implementation-ready design specs that anticipate edge cases and technical constraints
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of product design experience
- Experience working in fast-moving environments
- Background in in-house product design experience in products with real complexity
- Proficiency with modern product design tools
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Figma Make
