Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive web pages and components using Figma
- Translate business goals, campaign briefs, and user insights into effective web experiences
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to execute and iterate on designs
- Create high-fidelity mockups and ensure smooth developer handoff
- Continuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior, and testing insights
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web properties
- Contribute to landing pages, product pages, and ongoing website optimization efforts
- Bring creative ideas and design perspective to projects â contributing to both concept and execution
- Balance speed and quality, delivering high-impact work in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- 3â5+ years of experience in web design (preferably in B2C, DTC, eCommerce, or performance-driven environments)
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design work (landing pages, product pages, marketing sites)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, design systems)
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles (CRO, UX fundamentals, hierarchy, clarity)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment, with the ability to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, and take ownership end-to-end
- Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing creativity or design quality
- Strong design instincts and visual taste â able to elevate the work, not just follow direction
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment with rapid iteration and continuous feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- UI/UX Knowledge is a plus
