Full-time Senior

Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences that elevate customer engagement and support business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accessible, ADA-compliant designs while contributing to the evolution of the design system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences across platforms
  • Apply a human-centered design approach to frame problems, co-create solutions, and build value across digital touchpoints
  • Craft UX deliverables, including site maps, user flows, experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Translate user insights and behavioral data into design strategy, ensuring all work aligns with business objectives and KPIs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail

Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and storytelling to communicate design rationale and vision Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing a proactive and curious mindset to every challenge Demonstrated success in working across diverse teams and with regulatory/compliance stakeholders in a financial context Enthusiasm for continuously improving team process and design outcomes in a collaborative, high-performing environment Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with AI tooling and proficiency in optimizing and augmenting day-to-day work Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Design skills, including user experience design, interaction design, and visual design Digital marketing skills, including social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising Project management skills, including organization, planning, and time management Collaboration skills, including teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management
