Digital Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer

The Digital Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer will manage social media platforms, execute digital advertising campaigns, and create marketing materials for both the company and individual agents. They are also responsible for managing email newsletters, publishing blog content, and analyzing campaign metrics to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms through Meta Business Suite, schedule posts, drive engagement, manage email marketing campaigns
• Design marketing materials, create attention-grabbing graphics for digital and print, provide a la carte design services for agents
• Maintain growth tracker templates, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education, preferably a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing or a relevant role
