The UX Researcher is responsible for understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through qualitative and quantitative research methods. They also collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points and define user-centric product functionalities.

- Focus on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation, analysis, and feedback methodologies
- Participate in business understanding and definition of the target user for services/products
- Conduct research and analysis with the target user and business to identify pain points and functionalities
- Apply strategic and methodological focus to UX research
Requirements
- Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative information
- Experience in conducting usability testing
- Experience in facilitating workshops with business and users
- Experience in strategic and methodological focus
- Mastery of tools like blueprint, customer journey, and prototypes
