Senior UX Designer - Figma

The Senior UX Designer will lead end-to-end design efforts, translating complex business and user needs into intuitive digital experiences. They will also manage design systems in Figma and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from discovery through final handoff
• Translate business goals, user needs, and technical requirements into effective design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences across responsive web and mobile products
• Simplify complex workflows into clear, elegant, user-friendly interactions
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with at least some experience in a senior-level role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end UX process
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including: Components and variants, Auto layout, Prototyping, Design systems / libraries, Developer handoff workflows
• Experience creating wireframes, journey maps, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and interaction design best practices
