You will own and shape key product experiences by defining systems, workflows, and interfaces for the Future platform. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate user needs into cohesive, high-fidelity designs that drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define how people interact with their health — designing the systems, workflows, and product interfaces that power the Future platform
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define the experience, not just execute it
- Contribute to product thinking, not just interface execution
- Design with a systems mindset, thinking critically about how the consumer experience, expert workflows, AI systems, and product infrastructure interact
- Develop scalable design patterns and frameworks that allow the product to grow without becoming fragmented
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and scalability
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product design experience on consumer-facing products
- Portfolio demonstrates strong product thinking, clear interaction design, and thoughtful user experiences
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments where ambiguity is high
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a high bar for product quality
- Ability to create clear user flows, thoughtful interface systems, and polished product designs
- Comfortable balancing intuition with data, feedback, and experimentation
