Staff UX Designer

The Staff UX Designer will partner with product and engineering teams to create intuitive, delightful experiences for cancer and expert second opinion services. Responsibilities include conducting discovery research, building high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and validating designs through mockups and usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, and other UX artifacts
- Build concepts and leverage AI to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Conduct discovery research and usability tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile software product development teams
- Cultivate optimistic outlooks and promote a positive culture within teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related area of study
- 7+ years of experience designing world-class apps
- Strong portfolio of design work
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong aptitude for performing and synthesizing research
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in leading design software such as Figma
