Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution for a SaaS platform, from discovery through delivery. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business goals and user needs into scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and execution across product areas
- Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear design solutions
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers, sales, and operations to shape requirements and prioritize features
- Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design integrity
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of UX or product design experience
- At least 4 years in a SaaS environment
- Portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design
- Strong proficiency in modern design tools (Figma) and prototyping methods
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams
