You will lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage the development, planning, and validation cycles for new iPhone products. This role involves driving day-to-day project activities, managing schedules, and resolving technical issues to meet program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cross-functional partners and external vendors to meet the overall program objectives
- Focus on mechanical engineering design, development planning and validation cycles of new iPhones
- Deep dive into material fundamentals
- Creatively solve challenging logistics and technical problems
- Collaborate and work well with inter-disciplinary teams
- Deliver the best material solutions and products to our customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to lead multi-functional communication between project teams and external vendors
- BS Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
- Deep experience in NPI project management and mechanical engineering
- Ability to travel/work internationally 25% of the year
