Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns, including direct mail packages and newsletters. Collaborate with copywriters and project managers to ensure high-quality production and drive fundraising results.
Responsibilities
- Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns, including direct mail packages, donor newsletters, calendars, and other inserts
- Be a forever student of direct response, studying what's working both in the agency and across the industry
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset, thriving on challenges and enjoying problem-solving
- Build strong relationships with HSP's Creative team of copywriters, translating their creative concepts into visually compelling layouts that drive results
- Collaborate with HSP's Project Managers to prepare package files for print production, ensuring accuracy and high quality
Requirements
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools
- Alignment with HSP's mission and share in our commitment to support conservative clients and principles
- Clear and effective communicator who welcomes collaboration and feedback
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to work with different teams and personalities while respectfully pushing for the desired outcome
