You will define and scale product experiences across Adobe's ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy. Your role involves designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and ensuring product value is clearly communicated to users.
Responsibilities
- Define experiences that scale across all Adobe products and prioritize protecting customers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to design experiments, test hypotheses, and scale experiences
- Craft experiences that touch desktop, web, and mobile
- Connect business strategy, product value, and design execution, translating business objectives into elegant, user-centered experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing high-quality product experiences within large-scale product ecosystems
- Experience crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing
- Strong collaboration skills working closely with product managers, product designers, content designers, engineers, and data science partners
- Passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles
- Strong proficiency in storytelling and communicating rationale to influence partners and leadership
