Lead UX across key digital journeys by taking ownership of the end-to-end process from discovery and research to prototyping and iteration. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to apply accessibility standards and improve overall usability and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX across key digital journeys and high-impact projects
- Take ownership of UX work end-to-end, from discovery and research through to wireframing, prototyping, testing and iteration
- Use insights from research to identify problems and shape better solutions
- Create user flows, information architecture and experience frameworks that improve usability and journey effectiveness
Requirements
- Significant experience in UX or interaction design within a commercial environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates clear thinking, sound judgement and ownership of meaningful UX work
- Strong experience using Figma and relevant UX tools across the full UX lifecycle
- A strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, usability and accessibility best practice
