The Senior Product Designer leads design efforts to solve complex user and business problems across the product ecosystem. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research needs, create high-quality design artifacts, and advocate for human-centered design principles.
Responsibilities
- Leading Product Design efforts for major product areas, solving complex user and business problems with innovative, scalable solutions
- Evangelizing Product Design best practices, design thinking, and accessibility principles across cross-functional teams
- Creating and delivering high-quality Product Design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analyses
- Contributing new components and patterns to the Design System Library (DSL), influencing design consistency and system adoption
- Defining research needs and conducting or collaborating on usability testing to validate and refine design solutions
- Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research partners to drive alignment and clarity across the product development lifecycle
- Understanding and balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs in all aspects of work
- Breaking down large, ambiguous projects into clear, actionable workstreams with measurable outcomes
- Actively participating in critiques, mentorship, and continuous improvement of design team processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates impact across multiple product areas or complex systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience working on multi-platform products (e.g., mobile, web, internal tools) preferred
- Functional Skills Mastery of industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe CC, with experience producing core Product Design deliverables
- Deep knowledge of Product Design best practices, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design principles
- Strong ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions through storytelling and data
- Hands-on experience designing within agile, cross-functional product teams
- Experience contributing to and evolving design systems at scale
- Comfortable leading design reviews and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
