Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will craft human-centered digital experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy. They are responsible for synthesizing user research, managing design roadmaps, and creating high-quality design artifacts for multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Crafting human-centered experiences that exceed user expectations and achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with the user research team to plan research activities
- Synthesizing user data from multiple sources, translating research insights into actionable recommendations and creative design solutions
- Driving a roadmap alongside a product manager and a multidisciplinary agile team
- Collaborating with a wide range of roles from other designers, copywriters, researchers, product managers, data scientists, legal advisors and marketing specialists
- Creating workshops to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Leveraging and interpreting Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands
- Generating final assets and working with developers to implement and validate specifications
- Presenting work to executives and stakeholders
- Developing compelling stories and visual elements to communicate ideas
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience designing digital products
- Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements
- Ability to contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently
- Ability to present ideas to senior management
- Expertise in usability, user-centered design and design thinking practices
- Expertise in facilitation, design research, and strategy
- Mastery of design tools (Figma etc.)
- Experience working with design systems and on native mobile applications
