The UI/UX Designer will serve as an Agile Scrum team member responsible for conceptualizing and designing custom software application capabilities. They will lead the creation of cohesive user experiences, develop wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing UI/UX design and development
- Conceptualize and design custom software application capabilities
- Lead the design of a cohesive look-and-feel and standardized user experience across applications
- Develop compelling, creative, and user-focused experiences
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to create and execute experience style guides, interaction patterns, and information design standards
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation
- Degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or Human Factors
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience working collaboratively to communicate effectively through websites and web applications
- Professional experience with enterprise UI design tools such as Figma, Axure, or similar tools
