Onsite Full-time Junior

The UX Designer is responsible for designing online features and managing the end-to-end delivery of user stories. This includes defining acceptance criteria, conducting user acceptance testing, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure business goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Designing online features and ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery
  • Creating tickets while ensuring a solid understanding of users' goals and business value
  • Creating user stories and translating them into requirements
  • Carrying out impact, scope, and technical dependency analyses for user stories
  • Collating all supporting artifacts for epics/stories
  • Defining the acceptance criteria for tickets and the 'Definition of Done'
  • Conducting user acceptance testing and acting as the 'customer' expert

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • UX design and Agile development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and digital technologies
  • Practical experience improving digital stores, online shops, or marketplace environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Nintendo products, customer profiles, and industry trends
  • High data affinity with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
