(Junior) UX Designer

The UX Designer is responsible for designing online features and managing the end-to-end delivery of user stories. This includes defining acceptance criteria, conducting user acceptance testing, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure business goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Designing online features and ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery
- Creating tickets while ensuring a solid understanding of users' goals and business value
- Creating user stories and translating them into requirements
- Carrying out impact, scope, and technical dependency analyses for user stories
- Collating all supporting artifacts for epics/stories
- Defining the acceptance criteria for tickets and the 'Definition of Done'
- Conducting user acceptance testing and acting as the 'customer' expert
Requirements
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- UX design and Agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of web development principles and digital technologies
- Practical experience improving digital stores, online shops, or marketplace environments
- In-depth knowledge of Nintendo products, customer profiles, and industry trends
- High data affinity with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
