Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create compelling print and digital assets to support student recruitment and campus-wide marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across social media, web, and promotional materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the admissions print suite, including travel pieces, postcards, and mailers
- Create social media assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design digital ads for paid campaigns (search, display, social)
- Develop icons and visual storytelling assets for web and email
- Collaborate with Digital Media Strategist and Strategic Writer to design conversion-focused landing pages
- Ensure visual consistency across program pages and enrollment site
- Apply the Capture Once, Distribute Many (CODM) approach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing or higher education
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience designing for print and digital platforms
- Familiarity with social media formats, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Successful portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work
