You will contribute to the design of a document management tool by analyzing user needs and conducting user research. Additionally, you will create prototypes, plan user tests, and promote UX culture within the IT department.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs for the design of a document management portal
- Conduct user research and create a knowledge base
- Design and evaluate user interfaces using Design Thinking principles
- Plan and conduct user tests in an agile framework
- Participate in the dissemination of UX culture within the company
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in UX/UI design or graphic design
- Experience in UX research and user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form
