Senior UX Researcher

Lead end-to-end research initiatives using the Double Diamond framework to drive product strategy and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional squads to translate user insights into actionable recommendations and mentor designers in research practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead research efforts throughout the product development lifecycle
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research and usability studies
- Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Drive adoption of UX best practices and help evolve the research toolkit
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX research
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience working within Agile UX workflows and/or the Double Diamond model
