The Senior UX Designer will lead the end-to-end UX process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and testing for banking applications. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user flows and ensure high-quality design implementation.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end UX process responsibility, including research, ideation, conception, prototyping, testing, and validation
- Conceptualization and design of user journeys, flows, and screens for web and mobile banking applications
- Conducting and evaluating user research and usability tests
- Close collaboration with business stakeholders to collect and implement requirements
- Ensuring UX/UI quality in implementation
- Application and development of design systems and interaction patterns
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and UX standards
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer in an enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of the entire UX design lifecycle
- Strong experience in designing digital interfaces (web and mobile)
- Experience with design systems and their application and development
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user flows and interfaces
- Good knowledge of UX/UI best practices and design principles
