The Product Designer will build and maintain digital interfaces while ensuring visual consistency and alignment with the Design System. They will also create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Building, evolving, and maintaining digital interfaces aligned with the Design System
- Creating wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final interfaces with high fidelity
- Participating in the evolution and governance of CMS/Design System components
- Actively participating in the definition of user journeys (onboarding, security, account management, etc.)
- Ensuring visual and functional consistency throughout the product experience
- Applying good UI and UX practices in all deliverables
- Raising and analyzing usage and behavior data to support design decisions
- Proposing user-centered solutions, balancing business needs and technical viability
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and diverse stakeholders
- Conducting co-creation and validation dynamics of solutions (when necessary)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
- Updated portfolio with relevant projects
- Strong domain in UI (componentization, interface patterns, and visual scalability)
- Solid experience with Design Systems (creation, evolution, or advanced use)
- Experience in defining user journeys and UX flows
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and InVision
- Experience with low and high-fidelity prototyping
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, and Propaganda or related areas
- Good communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams
