Graphic Designer

The Visual Brand Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand visual assets including sales proposals, marketing collateral, and internal communications. They will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure visual consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of visual assets including sales proposals, RFP responses, presentations, marketing collateral, and internal materials
- Translate provided content and direction into clear, visually compelling layouts that enhance understanding and engagement
- Support the sales team by developing polished, on-brand proposal materials that effectively communicate Custer’s value
- Prepare files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Review and proof materials for visual consistency, readability, and alignment with brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design or production-focused role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience designing presentations (PowerPoint) and working within templates
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
