Senior Product Designer

Define the user experience for new and existing product capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional agile teams. Conduct user research, develop prototypes, and create effective design solutions for complex enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Define user experiences for new and existing product capabilities
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customers
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Create effective design solutions to complex problems
- Spend time meeting customers and users to discover their needs and test prototypes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, or interaction designer
- BSc in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience
- Technical background or experience designing technical products
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Experience developing and maintaining good design system components in Figma
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
