The UX Researcher will design and execute end-to-end mixed-methods research to inform product strategy and design decisions. They will synthesize complex findings into actionable insights and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate these findings into the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct end-to-end research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations that drive product and design decisions
  • Partner with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify research opportunities
  • Communicate research findings to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Contribute to team research standards, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
  • Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
  • Have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $83,900 - $140,100 CAD annually
