Lead Graphic Designer

You will lead the brand team and provide creative direction to transform the company's visual identity during a rebrand. The role involves managing high-volume design delivery across marketing and sales touchpoints while mentoring junior design staff.
Responsibilities
- Combining high-volume design delivery with creative direction
- Guiding the wider design function and helping shape how the brand is seen across all marketing and sales touchpoints
- Leading and supporting the brand team, including the Graphic Designer and Video & Animation Executive
- Ensuring the brand stands out, evolves consistently, and resonates in a competitive market
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Proven experience rolling out or evolving a brand identity across multiple channels
- Ability to lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to other designers
- Strong conceptual thinking with excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
- Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency
- A creative mindset with a fresh perspective and strong point of view
