The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and execute creative design concepts, including brand identities, packaging, and digital content. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop brand identities and produce comprehensive brand guideline documents
- Design visually appealing packaging concepts that reflect the brand's essence and positioning
- Develop engaging digital and social media visuals that drive audience interaction and brand awareness
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver unified and effective creative campaigns
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all materials and channels
- Research current design trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience in branding, packaging design, and social media visuals
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory
- A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and commercial projects
