Senior Saas Product Designer (B2B, UX, Figma) (Remote, Full-Time) [AS231]

You will own the end-to-end design process for complex B2B SaaS product areas, from initial research and problem definition to detailed UI design and developer handoff. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to create intuitive data-heavy interfaces and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for complex product areas, from research and problem definition through to wireframes, prototypes, detailed UI design, and developer handoff
- Design and iterate on data-heavy interfaces and multi-step workflows, making complex information and functionality accessible and intuitive for professional users
- Create and maintain high-quality, well-structured Figma files including components, design system contributions, prototypes, and annotated specifications
- Develop clear and effective data visualisation solutions that surface meaningful insight from rich, layered datasets without overwhelming the user
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 4 years spent designing B2B SaaS products in a professional, production environment
- 3+ years of experience designing complex UX data-heavy interfaces, intricate workflows, multi-step processes, or tools used by expert or technical users
- 3+ years of hands-on, daily Figma expertise including component creation, auto layout, prototyping, design system management, and structured file organisation
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to bring clarity and usability to genuinely complex product challenges, ideally in B2B or professional tools contexts
