Onsite $90,000 - $120,000 Full-time Mid-level

The UX Designer will conduct research, create wireframes, and perform user testing for in-cab and off-machine interfaces. They will also collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure design objectives are met and properly executed.

Responsibilities

  • Design user experience solutions with a strong focus on user needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with other UX team members to define objectives for user experience research and design execution
  • Produce UI/UX deliverables, including: wireframes, design comps, illustrations, graphics/icons, layout specs, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Present proposed UX designs to internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for review
  • Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Design product team leads to ensure proposed UX designs are properly executed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, human factors, or a similar field of study
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in UX, HCI, or human factors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design process and best practices
  • Comfortable working with global cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in visual design, information architecture, and prototyping
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, XD, etc.) and/or UX design software (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
