Senior UX Designer
Reltio Remote (đŽđł Bengaluru, Bangalore North, India)
Design and build AI-native, agentic experiences by combining product thinking, UX craft, and AI-powered prototyping. Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to translate complex capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy user workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-powered product experiences, including copilots, conversational interfaces, and agent-driven workflows
- Create end-to-end experiences that combine user intent, system intelligence, and data
- Rapidly prototype ideas using modern AI tools (not just static mockups)
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy UX
- Define interaction patterns for agentic systems (multi-step reasoning, automation, feedback loops)
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring concepts to production
- Mentor designers and elevate the teamâs AI design capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years designing and shipping SaaS products
- Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven products
- Strong understanding of designing for: Copilots, Chat-based interfaces, Automation workflows
- Proficiency with modern AI design & build tools: Lovable Figma, Make, Cursor, Claude, Code (or similar)
- Ability to prototype functional experiences, not just design screens
- Strong systems thinking â you design flows, not just UI
