The role involves designing, updating, and maintaining internal websites and LMS platforms using Wix. You will be responsible for structuring content, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing user experience across digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update websites within Wix
- Configure and maintain the LMS (Learning Management System) hosted on Wix
- Upload, structure, and layout content created by Knowledge Specialists
- Optimize site navigation, information architecture, and user experience
- Apply basic graphic design for banners, covers, and other visual assets
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with the Training and CCH teams to implement improvements
- Track tasks and progress using project management tools
- Support content migration or updates on Google Sites as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in web design
- Junior profile with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately
- Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
- Technical Skills: Wix Proficiency, Wix LMS Administration, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Sites, UX/UI Principles, Information Architecture, English
