Product Designer - Flutter UKI, Hybrid & Remote
Flutter International 🇷🇴 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania
You will design, build, and evolve a scalable design system across multiple brands while partnering with engineers to ensure production-ready components. Additionally, you will document system principles and explore emerging technologies like AI to improve team efficiency and design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve a scalable design system used across multiple products and brands
- Define and maintain core foundations (colour, typography, spacing, layout, accessibility)
- Create, refine, and govern reusable components, patterns, and interaction models
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure components are production-ready and align with code implementations
- Support product designers by enabling efficient, consistent, and flexible design workflows
Requirements
- Experience as a Design System Designer, Product Designer with strong design system ownership, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns
- Excellent skills in UI, interaction design, and visual consistency across platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
