Senior Mechanical Design Engineering

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will lead the design, coordination, and integration of HVAC systems for building projects from concept to completion. This role involves conducting site inspections, managing project documentation, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for HVAC systems in building projects
- Promote cost-effective and innovative solutions
- Coordinate project documentation and review team inputs
- Conduct site inspections and oversee HVAC installation and commissioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant engineering design experience and knowledge in Mechanical systems
- Prior experience in engineering consulting work, particularly in Healthcare Facilities or project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
