Senior Graphic Designer
Havas Group Remote (đ”đȘ Lima, Lima Metropolitan Area, Peru)
The Senior Graphic Designer leads the delivery of high-quality, commercially driven design solutions across brand and campaign projects. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate client goals into compelling visual storytelling while ensuring consistent quality and timely execution.
Responsibilities
- Produce attractive and effective designs for all media to tell our Brandsâ story
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand, scalable graphics solutions and ensure consistent quality content is delivered on time
- Edit and refine graphic designs into finished products
- Regularly seek feedback and critique on work produced to further develop style and execution
- Liaise and lead effectively on client calls alongside the Creative Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Support the wider team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Participate during Creative team meetings and share ideas
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within client and media group with other key stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Graphic Designer
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design or associated subject
- Highly skilled user of Adobe Creative Suite Products
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.)
- Experience of agile working in a fluid, customer-focused environment
- Strong English skills
- Web/UI/UX experience a significant plus but not essential
- Advertising or Marketing agency experience is a significant bonus but not essential
