You will contribute to the end-to-end design of product features, from initial concepts to high-quality UI implementation. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ship features and iterate based on real user behavior.

- Contribute to end-to-end design of product features, from concept to launch
- Create flows, prototypes, and high-quality UI that bring ideas to life
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Help evolve Tolan's product experience and visual language over time
- Learn from real user behavior and continuously refine your work
Requirements
- 1-3 years of product design experience
- Have worked on real products, shipped features, or built things on your own
- Comfortable moving quickly and iterating without perfect information
- Care about both product thinking and visual craft
- Curious about AI and excited to explore new interaction paradigms
