The Senior Product Designer will develop and execute customer-experience solutions for Wells Fargo's digital platforms, managing the design process from concept through completion. They will also apply AI-enhanced workflows to improve design quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and user requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-experience solutions for Wells Fargo's app and website
  • Manage the design, creation, and production of customer-experience elements
  • Apply emerging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate ideation, execution, and quality of design output
  • Develop and execute customer-experience solutions by employing a broad array of user-centered design tools
  • Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience
  • Hands-on experience designing UX and UI in Figma
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS concepts, responsive design)
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt as AI and emerging capabilities reshape how we design products
