Onsite $88,000 - $117,900 Full-time Mid-level

You will collaborate with the product team to design complex user interfaces and conduct user testing to iterate on solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to ensure design consistency and quality throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of designers on complex User Experience interactions and UI interfaces
  • Partner with the product team on feature requirements and create mockups to get buy-in for new features and enhancements
  • Present design work to the team and product stakeholders for review and feedback
  • Work closely with developers to ensure new features meet design expectations
  • Conduct user testing sessions with users and collect feedback to then propose a UX solution
  • Manage and use a design system to produce consistent UI patterns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a User Experience and User Interface designer
  • Expert in design tool Figma
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems within Figma
  • Extensive experience designing end-to-end for web, app, and digital design
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and tracking/incorporating feedback into designs
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Some experience with requirements writing
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Passion for finance and investing
