Associate, UX Designer

You will collaborate with the product team to design complex user interfaces and conduct user testing to iterate on features. Additionally, you will manage design systems and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of design expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of designers on complex User Experience interactions and UI interfaces
- Partner with the product team on feature requirements and create mockups to get buy-in for new features and enhancements
- Present design work to the team and product stakeholders for review and feedback
- Conduct user testing sessions with users and collect feedback to propose a UX solution
- Manage and use a design system to produce consistent UI patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a User Experience and User Interface designer
- Expert in design tool Figma
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems within Figma
- Extensive experience designing end-to-end for web, app, and digital design
