Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end design process for the AI Translations product, from discovery and research to execution and delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to create usable solutions that improve customer workflows and align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute high fidelity designs that bring requirements from conceptual to deliverable
- Create blue sky design prototypes that inform how to approach customer experience solutions
- Collaborate via workshops on shaping requirements to support business goals and customer needs
- Conduct primary research including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Systems thinking that enables design for complex scenarios
- Expertise conducting primary research and discovery
- Progressive mindset around AI
- Ability to help shape requirements based on customer needs
