Define and own the product design vision and strategy for the Fanatics Credit Card while leading a high-performing design team. Oversee end-to-end design execution and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive, fan-focused experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product design vision and strategy for the Fanatics Credit Card and supporting products
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Establish and scale design systems, processes, and best practices across teams
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product design team
  • Oversee end-to-end design execution for high-priority initiatives

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product design experience
  • At least 5 years in design leadership roles
  • Proven experience scaling design teams and systems in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership on consumer-facing digital products
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, design thinking, and user research methods
