Lead Product Designer

You will lead the end-to-end design of a new consumer membership ecosystem, defining product roadmaps and retention strategies. Additionally, you will build and mentor a design team while utilizing AI tools to iterate at high velocity.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the 'ideal squad' workflow and product roadmap
- Lead the design of the highest-priority consumer product end-to-end
- Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design
- Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity
- Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product
Requirements
- Portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people
- Experience with AI tools and agents in design workflow
- Scrappy and scaled experience, able to build from zero and know what happens when a product hits massive scale
- Action-oriented, preferring building and shipping over long design cycles
