Design and launch inclusive, human-centered experiences that improve customer and banker interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design standards and mentor other designers on complex products.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch experiences that empower, inform, and delight customers and colleagues
- Apply human-centered design techniques to create best-in-class, usable, and inclusive designs
- Work collaboratively with various teams across NAB
- Communicate well with a wide range of stakeholders, team members, and customers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
- Experience working in Agile
- Excellent working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies, and principles
