Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-informed design solutions for B2B enterprise and SaaS platforms. Lead user research, manage design systems, and oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to high-fidelity delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team
- Develop design solutions considering technical constraints, business goals, and platform-specific demands
- Take full ownership of designs from initial concept to high-fidelity delivery
- Build a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey
- Lead and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions
- Plan and conduct user research using various methods
Requirements
- Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience designing responsive web platforms
- Proven track record in designing both new products and enhancing legacy systems
- Portfolio showcasing modern, clean visual style and design approach
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UX research tools
