Senior UX Designer

Lead design initiatives across multiple channels and create complex user flows, journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve user experiences based on data and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Creating user flows, user journeys, and experience maps that clearly visualize current and future states across different channels and touchpoints
• Collaborating closely with product, engineering, business, and IT teams to build a shared understanding of the problem space, align priorities, and continuously improve experiences using data and feedback
• Influencing content and design decisions through insights from user journeys, delivering solutions that drive significant impact for both customers and the business
• Leading design initiatives focused on communication across multiple channels
• Designing complete areas of complex product areas, delivering high-fidelity interface prototypes
• Translating customer experience findings and system logic into communication patterns and visual frameworks that ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all touchpoints
• Conducting advanced usability testing and mixed-methods research, driving data-based improvements

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including design of high-fidelity components, interactive prototypes, and contributions to design systems
• Solid experience in interaction design, usability, information architecture, and analysis of complex user journeys in digital environments
• Experience leading end-to-end design of multi-step flows or multi-platform products, with deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with ability to communicate design ideas and recommendations to technical and executive audiences
