Senior Product Designer

Lead the full product design cycle from research and information architecture to high-quality UI and prototyping. Act as a bridge between business needs and user requirements while maintaining and scaling the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete cycle of product design (UX Research, Information Architecture, UI, and Prototyping)
- Act as a bridge between business needs and user needs, defending ideas with solid foundations and data
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are technically viable and aligned with business objectives
- Maintain, document, and scale the Design System to ensure consistency and speed
- Bring trends, best practices, and new tools to enhance the area's maturity
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design with autonomy over complex flows
- Graduate of Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related fields
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Autonomy to conduct user interviews, usability tests, and metrics analysis
- Commitment to visual and functional quality
