Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in UX design
- Diploma or degree in Product/UX Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Portfolio with case studies, design process, and academic or personal projects
- Core skills: design execution, user-centered thinking, iterative process, and work habits
