Senior/Staff Product Designer

Lead user research and design core interactions and workflows across the Sift platform. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to deliver high-quality features from problem definition to final product.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research, including on-site customer visits, to develop deep empathy for how advanced hardware engineers work and what they need
- Design core interactions and workflows across Siftâs platform
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering throughout the full product development cycle
- Leverage and extend our Figma-based design system to build new components and patterns
- Embrace hybrid AI design workflows to explore directions quickly, iterate with speed, and deliver high-quality work
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design for complex, data-rich applications
- Storytelling skill set to help align team members around your vision and communicate the problems youâre solving
- Genuine curiosity about or demonstrated experience with AI-assisted design workflows
- Ability to operate across the full design spectrum: high-level UX flows, interaction logic, and pixel-level UI craft
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Benefits
- Salary Range: $180,000 â $250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits
