Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital channels, print materials, and social media
- Create and design visual assets including infographics, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience with digital design, including social media and web graphics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence
